AbstractPeople depend on computer to store and manipulate important data but it is dangerous if fail to back up those data. The need for reliable backups. Data loss maybe seriously affected an organization which involve many people. Data loss also can result in costing a lot of money, especially when considering the time and money wasted of producing that data.
An automatic, Linux-based backup system is proposed to protect the irreplaceable data. To improve its security, the chaotic encryption algorithm is combined along the backup process. Chaotic encryption algorithm can be categorized as one of the new encryption ways, the modern cryptography makes use of logistic equation. |
